Cancellation Policy

•      Strictly no cancellation and modification upon confirmation of booking. No refund will be extended for any unused services.

 

Terms and Conditions

• Passengers' name entered in the booking form must be same as per passenger's passports. Incorrect names may cause penalties or invalidation of travel vouchers.

• It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documentation, including but not limited to passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination.

• Bookings are not guaranteed unless payment is received.

• Any amendment after travel vouchers have been issued will be considered as a cancellation of the existing booking. 

• All packages are non-transferable and non-exchangeable once finalized.

• Email address must be correctly furnished. You agree to accept email as a means of communication and delivery of vouchers and confirmation of your booking.

• Any incidental/personal expenses and/or anything that is not specifically mentioned in the package inclusions will be charged on guest's own account.

• No refund for no show or offloaded guests.

• For travellers who cannot pass the immigration in the International airport, the tour fare is non-rebookable, non-transferable & non-refundable.

• Voyair Travel and Tours will not be held liable for any failure to provide services contracted due to circumstances such as a result of fortuitous events or acts of God(including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disasters) war, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection or military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, and/or circumstances beyond its control. The details of these terms & conditions do not remove the common law duty to mitigate losses.
